Benchmarking of each value chain area is done in various improvement areas to identify gaps. Improvement projects are identified to bridge this gap based on priorities. Each project will have a team and members. Projects are drilled down to tasks with timeline and responsibility.

Projects can be either customer-initiated or self initiated and consisting of team members from the customer team and supplier team. For customer initiated projects, project and task completion are monitored with alerts and dashboards for corrective actions and decision support.
